Perched high above the heart of Brickell, this condominium underwent a thoughtful transformation designed to elevate both its aesthetic appeal and everyday functionality. The redesign addressed the need for improved storage and organization, focusing on the primary bedroom and closet while reimagining the den as a versatile space that serves as both a sophisticated home office and an occasional guest retreat. New marble flooring throughout establishes a luxurious, cohesive foundation for the interiors.
Adjacent to the den, custom built-in cabinetry creates a highly organized office environment, discreetly concealing the integrated audiovisual system while providing ample storage and display space. Within the den, a seamlessly integrated Zoom-Bed allows the space to transition effortlessly from a productive workspace to comfortable guest accommodations, while providing a curated setting for the client’s collection of objets d’art.
Metallic grass cloth backing the open shelving in both the office and den introduces subtle texture, depth, and understated glamour to the bespoke millwork. In the primary bedroom, neutral grass cloth wallpaper lends warmth and sophistication, complemented by custom cabinetry and a bespoke bed framed by a dramatic, floor-to-ceiling velvet headboard serving as a striking focal point. The result is a refined, highly functional residence where luxurious materials, tailored millwork, and thoughtful space planning work in harmony. Every detail was carefully considered to maximize storage, enhance organization, and create a sophisticated living environment that seamlessly adapts to the clients’ lifestyle.
