Miami Luxury Condo

This luxury Miami waterfront condo is a vacation home for two busy globe-trotting entrepreneurs. They wanted to update their condo and create a space that facilitated entertaining family and friends as well as maximizing space and functional utility. An important part of the brief was to incorporate their existing Persian rugs in the design. To make the most of the space, custom cabinetry and built-in furniture were employed to increasing both storage and display. Now a large island with a waterfall counter in the kitchen is the perfect place for family and friends to gather around. The guest bedroom features a custom designed bunk bed for their grand children in addition to a California King bed to make parents comfortable while visiting. The entertainment unit in the living room includes a large TV, a bar and displays personal items. Both bathrooms were upgraded to have a spa like feel with the use of beautiful marble on the floors and walls as well as updated shower fixtures and hardware. Our clients love their newly renovated condo and we are so happy to have designed, and brought the project to fruition.
