Sky-High Brickell Condo

This sky‑high Brickell Avenue condo originally lacked storage and the organization for a truly comfortable living experience. The scope focused on the primary bedroom and closet, as well as transforming the den into a multifunctional space that could serve as both an office and an occasional guest room. We began by installing new marble flooring throughout, setting a luxurious foundation for the redesign. Off the den, we created an organized office area with custom built‑in cabinetry that discreetly houses the integrated AV system while adding generous storage. In the den a Zoom bed was seamlessly incorporated into the millwork, doubling as a display for the client’s curated objet d’art. In the primary bedroom, grass cloth wallpaper in a neutral color brings elegant texture and interest to the walls. New bespoke cabinetry and bed feature a dramatic floor‑to‑ceiling velvet headboard—serve as the focal point of the room. Storage is now abundant, with all the custom millwork. A bench at the foot of the bed provides a comfortable spot for getting ready, while two swivel chairs separated by a glass table offer a place to relax and enjoy the view. The once small and cramped closet has been completely reimagined for functionality, now outfitted with modern amenities including jewelry drawers, a double pull‑out laundry hamper, valet rods, pull‑out pants racks, tie and belt organizers, and a fold‑down ironing board. The condo now delivers the functionality, storage, and refined aesthetics essential for the full enjoyment of this home.
